Disney Days

I have lots of pictures from our two Disney Days, and couldn't just pick a few. They are in backwards order... sorry! While in Cocoa Beach we take a day or two to drive over to Orlando to take the kids to Disney. We usually go to Magic Kingdom, but this year we decided to try out Epcot and Hollywood Studios (I still call it MGM). On Monday we went to Epcot and it was really nice and not too crowded, but it did rain all afternoon. On Thursday, we went to Hollywood and so did EVERYONE else!!! It was so crowded which I don't enjoy. The kids had a blast both days!!
Grayson on the tram at Hollywood

Anderson posing with Tower of Terror, which he got to ride this year! He was pretty freaked out, and crying like a baby right before we started to drop (when it got completely dark).. he loved it though and after it was over he asked why it was so short!!

Grayson's face is so funny in this one! He REALLY thinks he's touching Lighting!!

Epcot Day..I was sporting the curly hair since I got rained on so much
At Epcot, Anderson was able to ride everything. He got to do Test Track, Soarin', and Mission Space. It was lots of fun for him to be a big boy at the park this year.

Beach Trip ... Part 1

As I mentioned in my previous post, driving great distances with three children is no fun, so for the ride down to Cocoa Beach we decided to go in the middle of the night. We put the kids to bed at their usual times on Friday night and we went to bed as well. At midnight we got up, loaded the kids in the car and took off for Florida. We really thought they would sleep, but they were so excited that they couldn't sleep. Anderson was the most excited and stayed up from midnight until he finally couldn't stay awake any longer at 6 am. He only slept for about an hour in the car and was up again. The picture below is them after a few hours on the beach on Saturday. I fell asleep in between them, and had to get up to check on Aubree and they just turned into each other and snuggled!!! So sweet~ We had to wake them up so that they would go to sleep that night!
The kids loved the beach! We are fortunate enough to get to go with my mom and dad to Cocoa Beach every other year since they have a time share there! Anderson loved riding the waves with Pappy and Grayson really liked to jump them as well! Aubree loved everything about the beach. She just has no fear and didn't know when to stop walking into the water. She would fall face first into the water and it wouldn't bother her a bit. It would bother me though! I was a nervous wreck with her out there! The only time I got to relax was when I would stroll her and she would fall asleep and I would park her under the umbrella!
Daddy's Girl! I love this picture. She is such a girl! She was carrying the sand bucket around like a purse. And yes, that is Daddy's new Penn State hat...hey, it was $5, what can you say?

I didn't take a lot of pictures on the beach so these are the best ones. Mom has some on her camera, so once I get those I'll have to make another post. I was too busy trying to make sure not to lose a child! :)

*Edited*... I added some of mom's pics! She got a lot of good ones!

Buzz, "Ear," Ond!

In Grayson's language the translation is "Buzz Lightyear, to infinity and beyond"... Well, I feel like that's where we got back from last night... a little bit beyond infinity! A 9 hour car ride with three children is a) not easy b) not fun and c) worth every minute of the fun we had in Florida!!!! Blog posts to follow with adorbale pictures of all of the fun we had on our trip! Our title picture is Brandon and the kids at Luigi's garage at Hollywood Studios!

Loves her Babies

I really should be packing for vacation right now, but I'm loving watching Aubree play with her babies and just had to share it through my blog! For the last week or so, she is really getting into playing with "girlie" things such as her babies! I taught her how to "love" or hug them and she kisses them too! I am loving it! Check out some of the cute moments she has had with them.

This one is a little fuzzy, but it's so cute how she is carrying her babies

30... The Big 3-0... THIRTY~~~~

Today is the day! I'm 30! I finally have to grow up! Being 30 does make me feel a bit more of an adult today!
I've been mourning my 20's for the last few months now. I have grown my hair out long and tried to shed a few pounds/tone up in order to make me feel better about myself and about turning 30.
Actually, I think I'm fine with it now! I am in a really good place with my life right now even if I'm in my 30's! I have the most amazing and helpful husband in the whole wide world, the best three children a mom can ask for, a fantastic family and some really awesome friends! I don't think that I could ask for much more!... well, maybe for my house to sell.... but that's about it!
Off to get ready to go on my birthday date to Target with my three cuties!

Caretaker Anderson!

Yes, Jennifer H. I still have an older son Anderson!!! :) Here he is as caretaker of Aubree. He brings her to me several times a day reporting what she is getting into! It's not that I'm not watching her constantly, but ... it's just that there are always a million other things going on too and that's when she likes to get into things! He's a good little helper! He's just learning to swim as well, but I don't have any pictures of that since Pappy taught him this weekend while he and Mattie were taking care of my crew while I had a little birthday get together! More about my birthday soon!!!!

11 Months Already!!!!

Time flies!!! Precious Aubree turned 11 months yesterday. In honor of that my list this month will be 11 things that Aubree LOVES to do.
  1. Climb the stairs...when I let her. Her face lights up like Christmas morning when she sees that the boys have knocked the gate down! She does all she can to get to them before I do!
  2. Suck her thumb and play with her ear at the same time. It's her way of calming down. After two paci babies, I never thought I would get a thumb sucker! It has pros and cons, but at least we can't misplace her thumb!!!
  3. Play peek-a-boo. She gets so excited when she thinks you've found her!
  4. Beat on her brothers, especially when one of them is sitting or lying with me! She's such a little jealous gal!
  5. Climb on stools or boxes and try to balance! She gets so giddy when she does this! She will be a gymnast one day!
  6. EAT!!! She loves food, but prefers adult food. She'll attack anyone with a plate!
  7. Play outside. She will fight to get out of the back door whenever it gets opened so she can explore outside. I have just started letting her! She crawls mainly outside so she has to have on "Play Pants."
  8. Nurse! She's come a long way in 11 months from the sleepy little one that didn't want to nurse to now, where she is still nursing at least 5 times a day! We'll have to work on that one before our "mommy/daddy" cruise in October.
  9. Watch the boys and daddy play the Wii - she is mesmerized!
  10. For me to play piggies with her toes.
  11. Give big open mouthed kisses to me and Brandon! So yummy and slobbery! I love it!
I can't believe she will be one in only one more month! She has grown so fast and so much! Her personality really is sweet, sassy and clever all in one. We all love her more than words can say and couldn't imagine our little family without her.
Here are some of her newer pictures that I was taking of her trying to get a good one for her bday invitations.
