I just have to get this off of my chest!!!!! I am so frustrated at darn foreclosures that keep popping up in our neighborhood!!!! There is yet another one that just went on the market this past weekend...... and the fact that they are used as comps for our house really makes me mad!!! Ok!!!! I'm done!

I can see why that would make you frustrated. It's been happening in my neighborhood, too, although not too badly.
Hang in there! I just know someone is going to fall in love with your house very soon. They will realize that they would rather have one that has been cared for and needs NOTHING done to it rather than a foreclosure that the owners haven't taken care of. Thinking of you!
