It's Offical!
After a year of debating, deciding to, deciding not to, changing our minds a million times, we have decided to put our house on the market. We have an official Remax sign in the front yard as of 5:30 this afternoon. I'm nervous about keeping it clean, but ready to move on. We are putting it up now, so that it will give us enough time to get into South Carolina before Anderson starts school in August 2010. Anderson's only concern is if we get to take our toys with us to a different house. I think he's seen Toy Story too many times!!!

We wish you luck! It is a stressful time, but worth it in the end!
I hope it sells quickly! I think you've got a good chance, since there are only 1 or 2 others for sale in the neighborhood. Can't wait to hear what kind of interest you get! Maybe it will give us hope :)

good luck from one seller to another! it's HARD keeping the house straight, much less clean (who the H@#! just dragged mulch all the way through the kitchen!!!!????) but when it's time to move on, it's time to move on. can't wait to share war stories and move in parties when it's all said and done!

Wow! Congrats! Peyton had the same worries about her toys, along with her 'old friends' - at least you don't have that stresser but still lots for kids to digest. Good luck with it all!
